These are the minutes of the May 5, 2001 meeting of the Capital Mineral Club.
The meeting was held in the all purpose room of the Salvation Army building on Clinton Street in Concord, New Hampshire.
The meeting was called to order by Jon Herndon at 7:30 PM. There were 20 members present.
A motion was made and seconded, accepting the Secretary's Report as was printed in the club newsletter, Crystals and Cabs.
The treasurer's report was read and accepted.
Kim Young is still doing the publicity and flyers for the Sunapee Show. She has requested that someone take over this task, if not full time, at least as a volunteer to help out with this years show.
Computer skills are a must for anyone interested in helping. Call Kim if you are interested.
