A Silent Auction will be held at the September CMC meeting. After the program we will have an extended social break to include a silent auction. We will try to have about 15 items, ranging somewhere between 10 and 20. We’re hoping it will be fun for all who attend. If the members like the idea, we will consider making this an annual event every September.

If you have an item you would like to donate to the Club for the auction, please contact Gordon Jackson at 786-4493 to arrange giving the item to him either before the day of the meeting or before the start of the meeting, September 14th. Please only bring 1 item. This will give all who attend, a chance to participate. Items should be minerals, mineral magazines, tools, supplies, etc. – anything related to the subject of mineralogy. As always, the basic idea is to have fun! Your ideas and comments are welcome in order to improve the auction.
